Our customers enjoy the satisfaction of knowing their stainless steel tanks are manufactured by people who know the industry best. We use our first-hand knowledge and expertise to ensure the highest quality stainless steel products.
In 2012, due to increasing demand, we acquired a production facility in Sparks, NV to help our production keep pace. In 2013, we outgrew that facility and have moved to help us ramp up production even further.

In 2012 West Coast Industrial Coatings, Inc., along with its certifications and team of professionals merged into Paso Robles Tank, Inc. to become a one-stop shop for all AST needs throughout the western states. In 2013 SSPC Certified PRT’s enclosed shop facility in Paso Robles as QP-3 making the firm one of the rare holders of all three certifications, QP-1, QP-2 & QP-3 .
PRT’s experienced, qualified, certified and professional craftsmen add tremendous value to any project, completing projects on time, within budget, and without incident. Our safety record is unmatched within the industry as evidenced by PRT’s very low Experience Modification Rate (EMR).
PRT maintains a fleet of mobile plural component spray rigs, blast rigs, dehumidifiers, dust collectors and powered access equipment. The Paso Robles Facility operates a 10 wheel wheel-a-brator alongside a climate controlled blast booth both utilizing recyclable media and an enclosed, climate controlled, spray booth.
Each Foreman is a Certified SSPC Protective Coating Inspector. under an advanced Quality Control system whereby each Protective Coating Inspector submits electronic data on each project on a daily basis giving PRT’s NACE III Quality Assurance Manager and Quality Control Supervisors real-time feedback from the field and shop locations.
Although its main focus is AST’s, PRT’s coating division performs a full range of abrasive blasting and coatings application to complex industrial structures, architectural elements, concrete tanks/secondary containment structures and water/wastewater treatment applications. A high level of expertise is demonstrated with the following coating systems:
• Plural Component Polyurethanes, Polyureas, and Epoxies
• Conventional Epoxies, Urethanes, Novolacs, Alkyds, and Zincs
• Anti-Graffiti Coatings, Liquid Waterproofing, Architectural Stains & Finishes.
